The magical Beaulieu in England

A few years ago, my husband and I took a holiday in Hampshire, England in September.

There we stumbled on a place called Beaulieu, most visited by holiday makers. Luckily, the children were back to school and so there was very little people around.

For myself, It was once of these times when artists feel blessed to be given the perfect composition for a painting!

The tide was out, there was a beautiful house with a red roof (perfect colour among the greens) along the shore with a small boat. The surrounding fields were so peaceful. I was mesmerised by the fact that ponies and cows were free roaming around the roads, the streets and fields. I was searching the perfect pitch for a coming painting, when all of a sudden a worker sat on the bench under the gigantic tree, to eat his pack lunch. !!! A Constable scenery for me to grab! 🌟

So here below is The pack lunch in Beaulieu. You can find cards, prints, cups and other products in my shop in Redbubble CloakeBeatrice.redbubble.com
